Advanced Synergistic Program for Indigenous Research in Engineering (ASPIRE) focuses on developing the electrical and mechanical engineering skills specific to
the renewable and distributed energy industry.
Turtle Mountain Community College (TMCC) is the lead and United Tribes Technical College (UTTC) will serve as the partner MSI for ASPIRE.
The program conducted at UTTC provides summer camps for middle and high school students ranging in age from 13 through 18. The camps are filled with engineering activities during the day and recreational activities in the evenings.
